Interested in becoming a vendor?
Here are some things you need to know.

Stacey’s isn’t just another pickers market. We are looking for artisans of all types. Currently, we have vendors selling furniture, license plate art, hand painted ink art, local photography, and so much more.

We have lots of options for booth spaces available. Our average booths are 10’x10′, but flexible options are also available, including wall racks, shelves, and other unique features to display your items. Booth rental is just $2/sq ft for standard booths. Other options vary based on size and location. Customizable options are welcome!

Stacey’s store is open every day, except for major holidays. This allows our vendors to get the most out of our booth rentals while making sure we are providing a convenient buying experience for our customers! We handle all sales of the products. We cover local sales tax, provide email and paper receipts for our customers, and a clean, well-lit, shopping environment. Outside of the monthly booth rent, vendors pay 10% on all sales. This covers all the sales tax and other building amenities that make Stacey’s a great place to shop.

On the 15th of each month, Stacey’s will provide all vendors with payment and a printed receipt of items sold and the net profit to the vendor. We make the process transparent and simple. The more you sell, the better we all do!

Stacey’s provides marketing for the store itself and we love to highlight our vendors at no additional cost. Stacey’s has great visibility right off the main highway, including billboard signage on I-29. We also promote ourselves and our vendors on social media as well as other outlets, like radio, tv, and more.

How much is your booth rent?

Typical booth rent is priced at $2/square foot with a variety of booth sizes available.

What are the booth sizes?

Booth sizes can vary based on vendor needs and storage space. Typical booth sizes are 8’x8′ or 10’x10′, but many flexible options are available as well. Contact us for questions.

Is there a minimum time commitment for booth spaces?

Yes. We require a 6-month booth rental agreement. After 6 months, the agreement is month to month.

What types of things can I sell?

We are looking for local crafters that produce all sorts of items. From photography, furniture, ink art, flower arrangements and more. Stop in and see our space, or contact us with any questions.

Can I share a booth with another local business?

Yes! We have lots of vendors that partner together and share booth spaces.

When do I get paid for the items I sell?

We send a check to all our vendors one week after the close of the month. We provide a statement of items sold, gross earned, and the net profit to you after fees.

What are all the fees associated with a vendor agreement?

Average booth rental is $2 per square foot. Additional fees are 10% of all items sold to cover local taxes, booth maintenance, paper goods, etc.
